NO/BAD customer service skills

I'm disappointed and disgusted at the manner I was treated by the manager of Foschini High Street in Worcester. I've been a loyal client of the TFG group for as long as I can remember and to be treated with such disrespect is totally unacceptable. I was there to inquire about a phone I wanted to buy from the TFG Group and had a chat with one of the Sales Associates and was told by the manager that I've been in the store for too long and is keeping her staff out of work and whether the chat was work related or personal, which was not the case seeing that the lady was very helpful and still carried on with her duties as normal, but still managed to give me the service needed. I'm sorry but the managers customer service totally and maybe if my skin color was different then it wouldn't have been an issue. One word of advise to the manager, " If you don't know how to talk to customers or talk to your staff then rather keep your mouth shut and just because a persons skin color is different does it give you the right to treat a person with disrespect and look down on them."
