Poor customer service

Hi All

After returning from hospital with my sick child, I decided to pop into shoprite just to buy him something to drink. While I was looking through the isles I saw other groceries that was needed. I got to the till, unpacked my groceries and the teller refused to help me as I had more then 10 items with me. I tried to explain that its my first time that I shopped at that store and did not see the sign. She was very rude and when she decided to help me she threw my groceries into the packets. I am really disgusted with the service I experienced as I Also work with customers and suppliers on a continuous basis. That person should be trained in customer service, However She should not work with people in the mean time. The only reason I did not feel the need to respond is because I had my son with me and I really did not want to traumatise him to act like.
