Late delivery - told to wait

[URL Removed] used to be one of my favourite online shopping sites. Recently the relationship has soured. Expecting delivery of my order on the 14 Oct 2013, per their ticket issued after my purchase, I was disappointed when it did not materialise. I called in to enquire and spoke to Nuraan who assured me she would provide feedback - I'm still waiting. On the morning of 15 Oct 2013 I again tried and was requested to await feedback, this time from Wadia.By 2pm on the same, having received no communication I called again, this time I had the misfortune of speaking to Monique who definitely was not interested in assisting me. She essentially said that I can go ahead and cancel my order since I am not satisfied with the service.

Understand that firstly the delivery is late. Secondly, promising feedback and not actually calling me back caused a lot of frustration on my part. Thirdly, advising me to cancel the order knowing it will take up to 7 working days for the refund to be effected is essentially an F- you to the client.

[URL Removed] needs to treat customers better.
