Lost my voucher and requested a new voucher, a voucher was re-issued but when i wanted to redeem the voucher I was told that the voucher was redeemed already and that there is only R0.25 on the voucher. It seems as if a duplicate voucher was created and issued to me. I called Afrizone on 10/04/2013 and Brian told me he will get back to me, on 11/04/2013 I called again and this time Marvin told me to hold for 10 minutes and I asked him if he can't call me back and he agreed but I am still waiting for them to call me. Poor service is an understatement :-(
