Cant complain about the service cause there is non

Hi on 25 march my fiancee went to game mentioned above to purchase a birthday gift for me from the jewelery department. after waiting for more than half an hour to be helped a very unhelpfull lady finally arrived!! as if on a slow strike she finally helped him. when i was handed the watch and bracelett giftpack and opened it i saw the clip from bracelet was not clipping in.

On 26 March i took it back to game to exchange for one that works, i was there at 9h00 as they opened, i went to jewelery counter, but there was no one after waiting about 15 min a man finally came to ask if i have been helped, i said no and explained, i was sent to returns counter, received my voucher to replace and then waited for more than 30 min at jew counter to be helped!!! after that i was furious and left the store!!! i used the voucher at game in vaal mall in vdbjlpark without any hassles. needless to say GAME in Three Rivers mall will never see me or my family again i am apauled and disgusted by you service!!!
