Dont take efforts or have time

Today i went to midas and buy some parts for my Renault Clio and met a very negative arrogant grown lady by the name of Nelly and she is slender in size and wear specs or glasses and this lady treated me and this other customer unwelcome and she was not even embarrassed or shy to tell us that she is clocking off to go to lunch and didn't even gave us a chance to hear me and that other customer opportunity to hear the reason why we were there though the time was not even one oc lock but 12:48 according to the slip and help i received from a good welcoming staff by the name of joseph. Ms Nelly said she doesn't know how to operate computer to search parts i requested and she defianatly failed and refused to assist me however i thank Mr Joseph who took time and efforts to assist me and others..bare in mind this is a constructive criticism aiming to eliminate unwanted attitude and behavior.
