My dad (pensioner) bought parts to fix his bakkie, he realised afterwards he does not need the Ignition Coil and asked me to return it for a refund. Upon entering the shop I was met by a very tired lady at the front door that referred me to David in the back. I went and stood in a queue, from there I was helped by an impatient white guy, who asked me if I have read the conditions on the slip, if not I must first read it, he turned around and left. I read it, not sure what he meant. When he returned I asked him what should stand out on this slip...? He said they dont exchange electronic parts. He handed the slip to whom I presume is David, and said that its his slip and I want a refund. Without looking at me and still helping his customer he just replied that we dont exchange electronic parts. It seems in this case that David could, if he wanted to, refund me, but that his commision earned is much more important than satifying a potential futuristic customer. This is not how you treat customers, they did not even look at the product, not even interested in checking that its still 100% in its original packaging. Dont even think CPA Allow this many refund conditions... R144.92??
