Very Bad Attitude

I went in on Saturday to book my phone in for repairs and the lady (Zintle) gave me a very bad attitude. My Wife took out a cell c contract with dionwired about 7 months ago. we lost our slip and today when I went to ask to assist me with my phone problem, i first had to wait for 10 min before anyone can assist me only to get told by Zintle that i must wait for the other girl (who was on lunch) to book my phone in for repairs and then she went on ignoring me. When I ask what time the other lady will be back she said "I Don't know, Go to customer service" When I went to customer service, the lady there told me i must go back to the cellphone counter.

Why Should I wait for the other lady to get back from lunch? was Zintle not trained to book in a repair or to assist me with my phone problem?

I am very upset with this lady as this is not customer service and i didn't expect this from Dionwired Sales Staff. I am utterly discussed with the ppl there and i wont even think of upgrading or doing any business with DIONWIRED again.
