90% of comp products bought codes were rubed off

Everytime I bought a compertition product the compertition code was rubed off I've been calling tiger brands to complain and dey have been giving me R10 vouchers dat u can ONLY buy beacon but what's the point if every time you buy the product and you have the same problem and there is a chance of winning 1.5 million
