Late delivery and collection of broken fridge

I bought a bedroom suite and a fridge on saturday as i am moving to my new house. they couldnt deliver because apparently the whole region is using the same bakkie. i understood that and they promised to deliver on sunday. on sunday they delivered but the fridge was broken with a reject tape. i called them immediately within 5 min after they left my house. they said they will come see it. still they didnt come. i have to phone every hour to ask whats happening. on monday i went to work, when i called them they havent gone to the house to collect the fridge, they went with a private car to check if the fridge qualified for exchange. which i told them it did. still they said they dont have a bakkie. the whole ellerines shops, hammaskraal, letlhabile, soshanguve and mabopane, brits they are using one bakkie to deliver furnitures to people. that's what they said. i am still waiting for my fridge even today. if i dont call them they dont make any move. i am really disappointed with the service. i feel they have taken advantage of my kindness. i really need them to come and take their broken fridge. and the manager should explain how come ellerines have one bakkie to do deliveries?
