Computer Ticket V&A Waterfront Incompetence

On Saturday 26 January my wife and I went all the way to the V&A Waterfront Computicket to purchase tickets for the Riaad Moosa - What`s Next? show. Firstly there was only one gentleman behind the counter and there was a long que. We wanted the tickets so we waited for more than 20mins. When finally being served he told us there is no show like that, Perhaps Riaad Moosa is using another ticketing agent and I told him the dates of the show, the name of the show and that I found the information on Computickets Website. He type in the title but I saw no search function actually being processed. So V&A Computicket employee verified there is NO such show. Went to Checkers in Kenilworth the next day, got my tickets in literally 2min at the Money Market section, this is a vendor of Computicket yet we actually got service and WAY BETTER accurate product information than going directly to COMPUTICKET V&A. Wasted our time, parking money and needless to say I'm sure we would have had better seats to choose if bought a day before.
