My husband went to purchase K-Day tickets and when he got there, their c/c machines were down. He had to go and draw out money. Then she did not have change, so he had to wait for her to go and get change. After all of that, K-Day gets cancelled. My husband then goes back to get a refund and is told that because he paid in cash he has to be refunded in cash only. That should not be the case as it was their fault in the first place that my husband paid cash! She then tells him to come back another time when she has enough money. When I went back and told her the situation all she could say was "It's not my problem". Well it is definitely not my problem either!! Their lack of customer service is appalling. When I told her I was not happy at the way they treated my husband she just sat back and chatted to her friend as if I did not exist. She would not even give me the complains number. When I walked passed after fetching my parcels she said in a loud voice. " Oh look she can smile! " HOW RUDE!! Under no circumstances should that type of behaviour be tolerated! Clearly she does not need her job and would like to hand it to someone who deserves it! APPALLED AT THE SERVICE!
