We bought a lawnmower from House & Home. The lawnmower is not in stock and they will call the warehouse or we can take the one on display. I told them that I will take the one on display if it is complete The lawnmower was short of the grass bucket. No bucket found in their storeroom as well They will phone another store to see if they have a lawnmower that is still in a sealed box. I left with a promise of a call. On Wednesday I have heard nothing and dropped by at the shop only to hear that they are busy with stocktake and could not assist me. Today I dropped by the shop again. I was assisted by another salesmen he couldn't assist me and called the manager. The manager informed me that the lawnmower I purchased comes without a bucket. NOW never in my life have I seen that a lawnmower was sold without a grassbucket. On your site I saw all of your lawnmowers is with a bucket. The manager said he can get me a bucket that I must buy extra. I am disappointed with the service. Empty promises by the saleslady, and last to be miss informed. This after I paid the deposit. If it is the case that the lawnmower is sold without a bucket why was I not informed. My problem is still not solve.
