A shortened version of the email I sent to ACCOUNTS at Lawnmower Clinic Pretoria today, 17 January 2013, requesting them to view my proof of payment and TRY to deliver my mower. It tells the story I want to tell today.

I refer to job 64971: for a SERVICE (NOT a repair) and a new blade for my electrical lawnmower:

Your company picked up my lawnmower on Monday 26 NOVEMBER 2012.
I was told that I would have it back by Wednesday, or Friday, BUT AT THE LATEST Monday 3 December 2012!
This, I found out later, was to be the first of NUMEROUS empty, false promises from your company. I called more than once per week after my machine was NOT delivered on 3 December. Every time I was told by the workshop, Eugene or Dino, that they were waiting for a spare, BUT that someone was going to get it from Johannesburg TOMORROW, and they promised EVERY time to call me back. Nobody ever called back.
I have made the payment of R716.49 today, 17 January 2013. It is nearly TWO MONTHS later! By this time YOU should be paying me - for all the telephone calls I had to make from my cellphone, for the frustration I had to suffer, for the twice weekly trips by car to borrow and return a lawnmower, etc. etc.
