Selling used items as new

I went to mica east rand branch (boksburg) on sunday the 5th of january 2014 to buy a lawnmower. I bought one there it was a lawnstar combo, where you get the lawnmower trimmer.. it wasn't in a box, as it was a display model. I thought because it was in store and for sale, that at least it will be new, but when I got home and want to adjust the lawnmower I saw that it was already used. There was still grass at the bottom of the machine, and the blade had a bit of damage on it.. i am really disgusted in what i bought.. and don't feel like doing business with mica again.
