False Advertising and Poor Customer Service

I purchased a Maybelline Falsies mascara. The mascara promised volume and long lashes, so much so that your lashes appear to be false. When I tried it, it did not do what it promised it would do. I contacted L'oreal to complain and asked for them to compensate me for this. They did not respond at first. I had to follow up with them multiple times until eventually I spoke to someone at customer care that was willing to assist me. Long story short, they agreed to replace the Falsies mascara with one I am happy with and said that they would give me another one in good faith. To date I have not received anything. I am really unhappy with the service I have received from L'oreal.
