LOST MY SPAREWHEEL

I went to Jacks Tyres to have new tyres fitted to my car. They did not put my spare wheel back in the car and i never noticed it until i needed it. I went back to them and they admitted to the error and said that by now my wheel has been gotten rid of as scrap but they promised to replace it. The manager, Rajen, made arrangements with me and upon returning for the appointment - to pick up the wheel - nothing had materialized. Rajen then sent someone to a scrap yard close buy to go and buy a rim. The gentleman came back with a rusted, ugly looking rim. i said to Rajen i am not accepting a rim looking like that, he said no they are going to fix it. I spent my whole Saturday morning and part of the afternoon there waiting for the wheel... eventually Rajen came and said that the paint job on the rim will not dry today he will fix it and deliver it to me personally the Monday following. I gave him my address and contact details and to date i have not heard from Rajen or my spare wheel. I live a distance from Jacks Tyres in Clairwood and to drive for nothing is not cheap these days... that is why Rajen offered to bring the tyre when it is ready, i even provided them with a tyre.
