SPECIALS NOT LOADED

I went into Florida Junction Spar on Tuesday 24th and Wednesday 25th September. On both occassion the pricing of the advertised specials were not registered at the tills. I had to advise the cashier of the specials and then wait for a manger to come and change the pricing. Even after I got home I noticed that another price was not changed and the exact same thing happened again yesterday whereby I paid an additional R9.00 4 times for an item purchased. This is unacceptable and management should ensure that the specials are captured correctly. How many others on these days were overcharged and hadn't noticed before leaving the store. I am not able to check each and every item that rings through as I still have to sort out unpacking and getting my wallet out my bag. Cashiers should also be aware of the specials and be more vigilant. Spar should initiate the policy such as Pick n Pay - if the price is incorrect they will reimburse you the difference and supply you with the same item free of charge. Come on spar you give so much money away with competitions put some of that money towards a better system that accomodates the specials. I now have to again go back to the store.
