ORDERS GETS CANCELLED EVEN THOU YOU HAVE PAID!!!

This is now the second time I have ordered a product from Zando, I pay via EFT to the the same bank to their bank, send through proof of payment then orders gets cancelled because their system doesn't pick up the payment and it's automated.
Last time I paid and then three days later the order was cancelled because they said they never received my proof of payment which I did sent and I was told the item was no longer in stock... I tried again a month later and GUESS what the product was all of a sudden back in stock (I WAS TOO BY the customer services person.
Same thing - I get told it has to show in their bank account - but it should show up immediately as the payment is made from the same bank??? I have being standing up for Zando lately as people have been complaining that they receive the wrong sizes etc... I was very happy with Zando but lately I cannot say I am happy with their service. I WOULD JUST LIKE THE SHOES I ORDERED PLEASE!!!
