Floors Direct
No due diligence and now they want extra money

I have an area with 3 rooms I want laminated flooring done. The 3 rooms are at different levels. I asked floors direct to make them all the same level. They said it would cost too much, I should get someone to do that first. I couldn't get someone so I said goo ahead, give me a quote. The quote didn't include screeding. I asked them about that. They said that since it is tiles they don't need screeding. Now suddenliy when they onsite they want a further R 3500 to do screeding. Not a chance.
