I have used Yuppiechef in the past for the occasional purchase and always been impressed by their efficiency; everything just works - price, shipping, etc.

On my latest purchase however, some of the goods delivered were broken / damaged. I was initially hesitant to correspond with Yuppiechef about the issue, but took the plunge and sent some feedback regarding the issue. To be honest, I believed nothing would be done about the matter, and was pleasantly surprised by the resolution - a full credit for the damaged item (without the hassle of return courier-ship), and a surprise replacement item for a partially damaged but fully working product.

Caitlin dealt the issue of the damaged goods with aplomb, and my faith was restored. Many lessons can be learnt by the way both Yuppiechef and Caitlin handled this situation, as it rarely if ever happens by other retailers.

My heartfelt thanks to a great team; especially Caitlin on this occasion.
