Stay away - the complaints below are true

Floors Direct fitted black quarter round on light flooring against reddish skirting out of their own choice which ended up looking like a water pipe running on the edge of my walls. It cost me R1300 to fix it and no refund from them. They admitted it to be their mistake yet no refund. My final phone conversation with their installations manager William ended by me stating 'I think you will understand if I never make use of Floors Direct again' upon which he retorted 'I fully understand' - go figure.
