I was called after hours by someone at FNB authorisation who informed me that Seipati at Incredible Connection-Eastgate had underccharged me on my purchase by mistake and I had to return to them immediately to pay the difference. I said I would try to go back as soon as I could. Immediately after Seipati from Incredible Connection called me on my private numb er to demand that I pay the money immediately. She was very rude and I said that it was not my fault and I would return when I could. They have upset me so much they can forfeit their R50-I am not going to pay it! They must learn to work professionally and respect customers!
