I am a Bradlows customer for years now. Just as i work in a customer servicing environment i make it my means for each client to be up to date about their process of their query or complaint. I have sent in my Lounge suite on 06/08/2013 and up till 07/10/2013 no contact has been given to me nor no feedback wrt the the process or period. I the customer have to phone after the store and find out about the process of my suite and no proper feedback is received. Every time when I phone the Bradlows store in Mponya Mall the guy named "Inda" keeps writng down my number and promises to phone but never. The reason for me sending my suite in for repairs was for them to refurbish, clean the sofas and stitch my 4 cushions. When the sofas came back ther was only 1 cushion and the sofas were still very much dirty and dusty; when i phoned to complain, i was told that the delivery guys went back to the warehouse to look for the other cushions. This is not proper protocol nor service excellence, for 2 months my lounge suite were in your warehouse and nothing was done. As a good client of Bradlows i dislike the manner in which my complaint was dealt.
