I would like to report bad service i got from Miss N.P Mkhabela, I went into the store round about 17:00 on Monday the 7th Oct 2013 and when I got there I did my groceries but encountered a challenge when I got to the household isle, I needed the tissues but they were at the top shelf where I could not reach and i saw her busy packing up the baskets, I approached her and asked for assistance but her response to me was "what makes me think that she will be able to reach for that tissue pack at the top shelf" and i was very surprised to hear her say that and rolling her eyes as if she does not care about good customer service and her job.
