Will NEVER return to this store. Disgraceful!

I attempted to purchased a bottle of Revlon PhotoReady Airbrush Mousse Makeup, which was priced at R95 on a sale shelf. At the till, I was charged R199. I was taken to speak to the Cosmetics Manager. Denise, who didn't even bother to look at me, rolled her eyes and dismissed me, saying 'Maybe only one shade was on special- I don't know. Speak to someone else'.

My fiance spoke with Denise and told her very politely that that isn't the way he expects someone to deal with customers. Again, he was dismissed with a roll of her eyes. He asked for her name, to which she pointed at her name badge and said 'Are you going to report me? Go ahead, my manager is at the door'. He did. Customer service had no idea why two of the same products, on the same shelf with the same price tag, are now priced differently. I was asked to take countless staff to the shelf to prove my point before I was refunded, and one had the audacity to say I was lying that it was on the sale shelf! I addressed this email to Chantel, who ignored it at first, then directed me to Sheldon. He has ignore my email dated 17/12/13. DISGRACEFUL and RUDE!
