REALY BAD SERVICE

I went to the game store in trade route mall on a saturday and purchasied a K.I.C DEEF with a grey mate finish.so I took of from work and waited for it.monday came and about 3 o'clock they delivered it well as I open it just to find out the delivery guy just left and the product was incorrect so I call game trade and after holding on for so long was told they only have one staff member on that foor and his on lunch, so I called back after and our and petros the guy I purchasied the iteam from at game told don't worry sir I will call you back in a few mins.well 1hour went by so I called again and again placed on hold for so long and then he tells me he told me he would call me tomorrow back so I said ok I will wait for his call.the next day he calls me back telling me the supply says they do not make they deep freezers anymore.my question why advertise it.then I'm told to come in again and have a look at the demo one they have and they wil give me a discount on it.so I take the 2 day in a week off to go to game and when I get the, charlin the mangaer gave me 150 of the demo to be delived the nxt day which is delivered but now still they sent me the incorrect one again.
