Galaxy and co manager swears at me

I went to Galaxy and co to collect my fiance's engagement ring which had been resized, when the lady who was helping me said that she wants to show me the ring and show me that it has been resized. At this point the manager (i presume) named Togeda (i think) told me and her employee "you don't have to check it cos its been done" at which point the employee also said that she wants to show it to me and i said that i also want to see it for myself to make sure. The manager then told me that if they send it to be done then it would have been done and don't i trust their work, at this point her voice was raised at me, i then said sternly "listen here lady i always check what i ask to be done in my lineof work i am used to doing that" she then started saying that i have no respect for women by speaking to her like that and that i am not a man and what kind of husband am i going to be speaking to a woman like that. At this point i kept quiet and told her to show some class and is this the way she speaks in front of her staff, which she responded to by saying her staff knows her, then she said i'm an hole. Totally unacceptable! i still paid the bill and calmly walked out. Manager=disgrace!
