Well done

I just want to say thank you to Sterns Clearwater Mall's manager and staff for their brilliant service. My husband bought me a ring for Christmas and we had to have it resized. This was done efficiently and quickly. There have been a few problems with the ring (not Stern's fault) and they have been amazing in helping to sort out the problem. I have since been back to buy earrings and I will continue to go back there. Yesterday the manager advised that I should choose a new ring, she even went into the safe to see if she could find something I liked. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. There is one lady that has been helping me since the beginning and I'm so sorry I cant remember her name. Thank you for your great service!
