Now that is what I call good customer service

I need 7 plastic horns for a Sundayschool class. Unfortunately our local store only had 3 left. So I bought it. They phoned around for me but could find only 3 at Vereeniging. I email the head office and explain the situation. Lizet Oosthuizen email me back and said she spoke to the Vanderbijlpark branch and they are busy arranging with the area manager to get the stock from different stores. They will phone me as soon as he receive the stock. Wow well done... You deserve a big hooray for your service. Thanks you so much.
