Ive purchased a 3 pce b/r/s at lewis stores at middelburg eastern cape in may 2013 and the branch code is 220 on my account but in that same week ive settled that account of the 3pce b/r/s and when they delivered it, it was damage it was broken and full of scratches. The next day i went to the store and tell the manager Mr Nathan Williams and the stock clerk mr Jason Merrington that my 3pce b/r/s is damaged, The Manager and the stock clerk tell me that they will come and have a look and they will exchange it for me with a new one. They never come they never phone me after 4 weeks i did go back to the store and ask again what is going on with the b/r/s because its a month later, All that the manager and stock clerk told me is THAT I MUST WAIT .I told them but how is it posiblle to wait so long. Ive told them im gonna call head office if i dont hear anything in the next few days. The manager told me but i must wait my turn for the b/r/s. Its now the 13 November 2013 and I am still waiting for the new b/r/s
Im gonna take that b/r/s back to the store and im gonna cancel it and im gonna buy at another furniture store because the service is very poo
