The Crazy Store

When one visits a Crazy Store & asks about a specific product line & the area manager does not even know that Crazy Stores stocks/stocked the product, then something is seriously wrong at the company. Even though the area manager claims to be working at the company for 10 years and states that Crazy Stores has NEVER stocked the product in their stores. Yet this product is a Heneck Sacks product & after I had to phone around hearing from 3x other Crazy Stores, that indeed the product was stocked in Crazy Stores, but was discontinued.
No effort by ANY of the staff or the area manager to say: "I am not sure but I can quickly find out for you"... I will not support Crazy Stores again.
