On the 20/09/2013, I made a payment for the amount of R5693.69 which was suppossed to settle my CTM account. The paid that money back to me because they said the reference number was incomplete. I then made another payment on the 30/09/2013 for the same amount in acc no 061234745 and used 6010243100000133742.I made few calls last week to CTM call centre & they told me that the money is still not reflecting into their system. I emailed proof of payments several times already but still no confirmation. I found this very strange becuase last week friday I also settled my Game account and I already received confirmation from them, both stores are using RCS as their financial provider. What makes me more angry is that each and every consultant I speak with ask me to email proof payment regardless of how many times I've sent it already.
