I called the call centre and wanted to know the amount owing which was given to me. The amount of R 2120 was given to me. I have made payments of R 370 (as per agreement) on 09/08/12, 11/08/12, 10/10/12, 05/11/12, 06/12/12 and 12/01/13.They are saying that payment was not received for 3 mnths and that -R 1000 is still outstanding. I have sent proof numerous times to fax numbers that were sms'd to me. Numbers being, 0862482722, 0866239566 and 01022001. I have also e-mailed [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] Hugh Reece Jansen). Who had been very helpful and said that he sent the docs to the relevant people. After many telephone calls and faxes I still have not received a response from them as to if the proof was received and that my account is now paid up. I have requested that they send confirmation to an e-mail address which I have given them and call me but no one has done so. What I need from them is confirmation that my account is paid up with a nil balance owing. I have actually paid more than I supposed to. their service delivery is pathetic and I keep getting sms's from them which I will ignore and I dare anyone to call me requesting payment.
