Factory fault Jacket

Good day,

I donot seem to get to resolve this matter... i bought a Stripped black and white jacket at one of your stores, wore it a twice and handwashed it, unfortunately the black colour stained the white part and i am trying to exchange it... its been a month now... i went to your Hatfield branch and i was told the do not have my size and they referred me to Sunnypark branch and then they did not have my size as well, i was then referred to Bosman Station branch and finding parking in that area is a problem... now my sister found the jacket at your Andries and Church Street branch and they refusing to exchange it saying they cannot exchange it without a receipt... can i humbly get your advise as i am frustrated at this point and time... to have this jacket exchanged...
