Shoes only last 2 weeks

I bought a pair of boots there about 2 weeks back. The zip of the one boot has broken!!! It's not nice to be wasting money on rubbish! I also want to complain about the fact I'm not allowed to lay-bye anything on sale when by other stores you can lay-bye sale goods as well!
