They robbed me of my payment

I made a payment on the 3 Oct of 400 and then on the 5th when i saw my slip the payment for the 3d did not reflect of 400 only the one on the 5th reflected, i went to costumer care and they told me that there was no payment on the 5th and i was confused, i went home and got both of my slips for the 3de and the 5th so i made a dubble payment but my money is not reflecting, some one told me that they will call me with feedback but no one did. thise is nonsense and disrespectful to a costumer and to be told that i am confused. i will not pay my account any more until this is sorted out otherwise i will take this further, i will not be robbed
