Klarus Lights
Excellent Service

I had contacted Klarus Lights via their website to find out about some of their products, David gave me a call back and explained the difference between the products and finally gave me the product I was looking for at a very reasonable price. He accommodated me in letting me pick it up after business hours.

I ran into a small snag though. The flashlight was intended as a gift for someone else, so I was a bit disappointed when the recipient reported back saying that the light was not working. I took it back to David and he showed me how to test a flashlight and he quickly established that it was a small problem with the switch that probably happened during assembly. He had it sorted out in no time and he even gave me a spare rechargeable battery for having to come back to him. (This was again after regular business hours)

Overall I'm very happy with the product as well as with the service. Had it been at any of the regular 'camping and outdoor' retailers I think I would have had a lot more trouble getting this situation resolved. Will definitely buy again.
