I bought plans on-line from their website [URL Removed] about a month ago. They asked me to do a payment before they can complete and send me the plans. They could not complete the plans because apparently the plan that I wanted could not fit in on the site plan that I provided to them. They told me that if there any problems with the plans, which is the case, they will refund me within two weeks from the time they confirm with me that they cannot carry out the service. I waited for the two weeks that promised without any sign of the payment. I did a follow up with them last week Monday and I was told that the money will be paid into my account by end of last week. to date I have not received the payment. The lady at the reception does not help the situation I had asked that they give me feedback and nothing, myself as a client I have to constantly call them to ask about payment as if I am the one offering them a service. I am not offering them but they are the ones offering me service. This is not good business practise from their side.
