I was phoned (14-08-2013) by Liquid Finance about a service plan for my Hyundai i10. At the time I was under the impression it was about the one I already had seeing that my vehicle came with a service plan and it was included already, I was already paying, and I had trouble hearing because I had an ear infection. I then send a mail half an hour later to confirm I already had a service plan and if I now said yes to a second accidentally then I want it cancelled. I received confirmation I only have one service plan on my name and it was from Hyundai. A month later my instalment increased, I asked why via email and was replied it is because I have TWO service plans, "one personal plan and one from your dealership". I replied they should check my customer service history and they ensured me with an email send to 'Vivian' it was cancelled. They have now taken two extra instalments thus far and refuse to correct their mistake or give me the money back. They also stopped replying to my emails after I asked what is happening. Again (3rd month) I received my monthly statement on Sunday that I will be paying it again. Two of the same service plans? Who would be that stupid? WORST SERVICE!
