Debiting from my account twice

I went to do my grocery shopping at Shoprite on Saturday, my groceries came up to R1383.00, I then asked that I withdraw R600 as well so the total cost of items came up to R1983. I gave the cashier my card, she swiped it and asked that I enter my pin, she said my card had declined and that I had to try to enter my pin again because their systems at times decline for no reason. I swiped again and it went through, I left the store and as a habit I checked my internet statement and balance and realised that Shoprite debited R600 R1983 from my account. I rushed back to the store to get my money back and showed them these debits and their reasoning for this was that they at times experience network problems with their systems and that the money would be reversed back in my account either Sunday or Monday. Its Monday and I still haven't received my money. How do I get my money back after this?
