In November 2012 I purchased a 3 seater Grafton Everest suite from House and Home, Pavillion. On 09/09/13, the framework, of the big 2-seater, broke. I called the supplier as the suite is still under warranty. I spoke to Gareth whom said that Moses will phone me. I waited a day and called Gareth, he took all my details, said that he would investigate and personally get back to me. He phoned me back, to say that he gave my details to Moses and that Moses would call me to arrange for someone to come and assess the couch. Moses called, took down all my details again, asked what the name of the delivery person, on the delivery note, was. I informed him that I have misplaced the delivery note. He then asked for a description of the delivery man (10 months after delivery and we are expected to remember what this man looks like) He said that he will phone back, which he never did. I phoned him and again he asked me if I could describe the delivery man It's 2 weeks later, no reply? Will never buy anything from them again! Their service is non existent. Wanted my couch fixed and can't see what the delivery man has to do with this. My money was good enough for them and that is all that matters.
