Dear Woolworths Management,
I am rather sick and tired of your stores being offline. Its time you invest a bit of your profits into a secondary payment channel. I spent my Sunday morning fighting through long lines of disgruntled customers and highly harassed check-out staff to get to buy my groceries. I also had to go draw money to solve your offline issues. I pity the poor staff members having to deal with hundreds of irate customers due to your lack of planning. Next time I am changing my shopping patterns. Yes, and hopefully I will be able to stop buying from WW. Jack up your systems!!!
