Ram Hand To Hand Couriers
Useless!

On the 9th of July 09:02 I called Ram hand to hand couriers to find out where my Tablet from Cell c was, as it was meant to be delivered the previous day. I got through to Moses who said the couriers had been to my house and I was not there, although I was on leave and had not left my house the entire day. Moses said he would call me and let me know what was happening. No call. I called back at 10:10 to find out what was happening, Moses said he would give a call with feedback. No call. I called again at 14:16 to ask why I had no feedback and when I would be getting my package. Moses said he was escalating to several people and also noticed that they had the incorrect cell number for me. We corrected the cell number and Moses said he would call me back with feedback, I still said "you said you would call me back with feedback twice before and you didnt", to which he replied they had the wrong number before... NO CALL CAME! i called back again today 10th of July and spoke to a new consultant that told me Moses now had feedback for me, so why didnt he call. All in All what a disgraceful call Center, and what lazy inefficient staff!
