UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE

We have had an up and down experience with Coricraft ever since we purchased our corner slouch unit last month. After battling to get them to deliver our couch when we moved in they still have not completed our extra order of our Ottoman and extra pillows. This past weekend I called the Tygervalley branch because our daybed is lumpy and it doesn't look right and stuffed correctly. This morning I receive a call from Shadeedah on voicemail saying that they can only send someone on Monday, 14 October. Baring in mind that tomorrow is our 7th day with the couch. I called her back and her response was "Ya now we cannot send someone this week cause the van is broken and the assessor is only there in that area next week hey" COMPLETELY unprofessional and unaccommodating. I'm not happy with my couch and I want someone to see me this week. R20 000 spent only for service like this. NEVER AGAIN.
