BAD AFTER-SALE SERVICE

We purchased a couchCoricraft in April 2012. After a few months the couch's main pillow started loosing it's shape and denting. Two weeks ago, I decided to call the branch to ask why the couch is doing this & can they replace it as we have 2 year guarantee on the foam of the couch. The branch manager, told me that they've been having loads of problems and that I need't explain any further as they will replace it. I sent my invoice to her and she forwarded it to the head office in Cape Town to continue the replacement process. On 18 January I contacted her again and she asked me to follow up with head office. I contacted head office and they explained to me that the branch was giving customers incorrect information & that there are certain procedures that need to be followed before Coricraft will replace the problematic foam - ie. an assessor. She told me that their assessor should be in the area on Monday (28 January) & will call me to make an appointment. I have not heard from ANYONE at Coricraft - nothing! With a 2 year guarantee, I expect Coricraft to send out their assessor, replace the that is problematic with good quality foam within the next week (8 Feb)
