Wrong amout refunded and extra R12000 debited

I have complained by the branch and spoken to the Regional manager George however no one has come back to me it has been 2 weeks now all i get told by the branch is that they gave my query to Wallie. In the beginning of the year they refunded me a bedroom suit after 7 unsuccessful attemps to get one that was not falling apart. I requested a statement which i only received in July when i checked it they had refunded the wrong item and they debited my account with R12000 without any explanation i have been trying to someone to assist me in fixing it but i get sent from pillar to post being told it is africa bank however african bank can't assist me however they do phone me evry month for payment and when i explain the story i get told someone will contact me. The lounge suit arm rest is permanently coming off but i am to scared to complaint because just now they refund it insteady of find a suitable replacement then i sit with another stuff up. Talking to the regional manager is as futile as talking to the branch. may it is time i go the legal route. is there anybody that can actually assist customers and if so could you please contact me!
