Sending me from pillar to post

My african bank account was handed over to a legal company and i made payment arrangement with them of which i have stated to pay and faxed proof so a week later another legal company called to say my account was handed over to them i told them that already i got an arrangement with another company but they would'nt listen they told me to go to the African Bank Branch an d ask them to clearify what is happening, I went to African Bank Branch and they couldn't assist me, i went there not once and they always end up giving me numbers that do not work and this legal company is smsing me they want me to pay whereas i am paying Johnson And Company, its there fault they handed my account to 2 legal companies and now they can't fix this problem they are sending me from pillar to post .please help
