What a bad service by ellerines zeerust

I bought lounge suit last year this time, I have fully paid off the account, the suit is still in guaranteed, the suit are off bad quality, I have complained to the branch manager, call centre, head office, after I made complain on early Sept 2013, till today my complain is not yet resolved. I was told they will send transport to pick the lounge suit for repairs, they are still coming even today after 2 months, what a extremely bad service.
