Kelvinator with repair work on dishwashe

Phoned service centre 19 Sept, received job number (JB05772) that they will come 20 Sept, never came. I called every day for 5 days in a row as to why and eventually an unqualified technician came the next Friday. He replaced the faulty part with another used part that he fount in his toolbox.!!!
When I tested it over the weekend the same problem occurred but on top of that it leaks water also. So called again on Monday 30 Sept. Needless to say a week later and after numerous calls a technician hasn't't come out to fix. If you buy any other name-brand at a store and you take it back while its STILL under WARRANTY they will make sure to either replace or get it back to you fixed within a certain amount of days, BUT not with Kelvinater You have to call and call and call and then you get NO SERVICE. Worst service eve
